I stayed up all night studying for my pediatric nursing exam instead of doing 30 day shred.
Sad day.
So here it goes.
Tonight I’m starting 30 day shred with my childhood friend. I’m excited/scared. Haha.
Have any of y’all done it? What did you think? Did you see results?
So I know I haven’t posted on her in forever. School has really been kicking my butt.
Decided to step on the scale tonight for the first time in a while and I am highly upset at what I saw.
I expected to gain some weight. I haven’t had the time to work out and when it comes to food, I usually eat what’s quick and convenient, which doesn’t make it healthy at all. I thought I was doing better over the past few weeks because I have been noticing my jeans fitting a little looser, and I honestly haven’t had time to even eat at all.
About a month ago my fiancé proposed to me. I am determined to lose this weight. Not just to look amazing on my wedding day, but so that we can start a healthy life together.
I’m finishing up my last semester of nursing school, so it’s going to be hard, but I’m determined to stick to it because I know I can.
So, this is where I need some help/advice/support from you. What advice or suggestions do you have to be healthy and lose weight with a busy schedule?
I’ve regressed since moving back home. *insert huge frowny face here*
Right now I’m in the process of getting everything with school situated and back on a schedule. Hopefully that won’t take long so I can get back into the gym and start eating healthy once again :)
Nursing school is stressful, so I’m going to need support and encouragement from y’all!
So I bought a pencil skirt back in January. It was on sale and I thought it was cute. Unfortunately, even though it was a size 14, it was a tad too tight. I figured whatever. I’ll lose the weight and wear it.
I pulled it out for the first time since I bought it to wear it to work. I pulled it on and it was too big.
I REALLY wanted to wear a skirt to work tonight, so I raided my mom’s closet, knowing that she is way smaller & nothing would fit me. Just for kicks I grabbed her size 10 pencil skirt…& it fit perfectly.
I am so happy.
